Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the vavasmall.com booking services and form a binding agreement between you (“Guest” or “you”) and the hotel/website (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By proceeding with a booking, you agree to accept and comply with these Terms.

 

Reservations and Confirmation

  • Contract: A booking is only finalized and binding upon the hotel once full or partial payment (as required) is received and you have received a formal confirmation email or reference number.

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during the booking process (dates, number of guests, room type) are accurate. Errors may lead to additional charges or reservation cancellation.

Payment Policy

  • Payment Guarantee: All bookings require a valid credit card guarantee or upfront payment/deposit as specified by the selected rate package.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards.

  • Billing: Your credit card may be charged immediately for non-refundable rates or a deposit amount for flexible rates. Final payment is typically due upon check-in or check-out, as per the booking terms.

Cancellation and Modification

  • Cancellation Deadlines:  You must adhere to the cancellation deadline (e.g., 48 hours prior to check-in) stated in your confirmation email to avoid penalty charges.

  • Penalty: Failure to cancel or modify before the deadline will generally result in a penalty equivalent to the first night’s room rate plus taxes.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification, your entire reservation may be cancelled, and all deposits or guarantee payments will be forfeited.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 2.00 PM. Guests must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the booking guarantee upon check-in.

  • Check-out Time: 12.30 PM

  • Late Check-out: Requests for late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional hourly charges.

Hotel Regulations and Guest Responsibility

  • Damage Liability: Guests are liable for any loss or damage caused to the hotel property (including rooms, furnishings, and common areas) caused by themselves or their visitors.

  • Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests per room must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal property or valuables left in the rooms or public areas. Guests are encouraged to use the provided in-room safe.

 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of state of Kerala.
